US online gambling law raises much criticism 12 Oct 2006 Major financial newspaper states that the US has done a very good move that was needed a log time ago, when setting this banning law last week. This is quite true, as nothing big will change in the online gambling industry – only some cosmetic changes. The contrary, if I might add – this will only do good to the online gambling, as it’s clean reputation will be finally somewhat official – after all these years – when an American will come to wager in an online casino – he’ll know that’s wholesome. Online gambling is getting an official okay, with the refutation stated by the law, of the credit cards companied to work with them.
Many people say that’s it’s a double standard and if it was so awful – the European industry would suffer from similar laws. The fact is that online gambling financial center will now be in the UK, but that’s does not calls quit on American online casinos. All they have to do is make the changes in online gambling inside the US. The changes will include moving some of the online casinos to a European based URL, and theirs is your so called double standard. Online gambling that is a pure American – but sold out side of the US. Why don’t they say it on American products that do the same for 50 years like Coca Cola or Ford?
Online gambling will be adjusting to the new situation within weeks, and most of the online casinos that are based in the US will put the weight on the out side branch. The law only refers to credit payment, meaning cheques are allowed – and only states traditional games as banned online gambling meaning that trivia online casinos is just fine in the US. This only shows – everything’s going to be okay. |
