New Online Casinos Software Firm 11 May 2006 A new online casinos firm has recently completed its two year development of a new gaming suite for online casinos featuring table games, slots and video poker games. Fans of Rival’s new online casinos suite can expect to find Rival branded software on offer at several new online casino sites over the next six months.
While media interest in Rival is intense, little is actually known about the online casinos software developer and its decision-makers. What is known is that the online casinos software firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of Black Chip Limited, a private company based in Cyprus. However, Black Chip’s directors are unlisted and while the firm owns the branding for the firm, the licensing has been sold to Curacao-based firm, the 400 Group. The 400 Group owns and operates the first four online casinos to currently offer casino fans a chance to experience gaming via Rival’s software platform.
While a Rival spokesperson has insisted that the online casinos firm is fully operational, a final management team is still to be appointed. The spokesperson advised reporters recently that the company is in the process of recruiting a new chief executive officer to oversee its online casinos operations, who will then set up his own senior management team. The process is due for completion after the GIGSE Summit. |
